Job Description

Office Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Some accounting responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements. Processing business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts.

Requirements

Experience working in ISNetworld, Areba, Tier 2 Report and Quickbooks is a plus!

Highlights

Hours are Monday through Friday 11am until 4:30pm sometimes 5pm depending on the job demands.
