With customers such as Facebook, Amazon and Yahoo just to name a few we're expanding our team to match our growth.Specific Job Duties Center Around Two AreasBelow are the prime responsibilities of this role:ECommerceResponsible for key performance drivers such as traffic, new account creations and conversion, customer engagement and retention.Drive and balance working relationships with several heavily invested cross-functional teams including Sales (P&L Owner), Finance, Digital Product/Technology, and Brand Marketing to execute on a strategy and tactical plan you will help author and execute.Direct other supporting cross-functional teams to help meet our eCommerce goals including Product, Customer Experience, Community Marketing, Product Marketing, Analytics & Consumer Insights, Supply Chain among others.Assist with e-commerce activity and promotion planning. Partner with Planning to maximize sell-through of limited-life items and other new products.Partner on monthly and annual acquisition, traffic and sales forecasting based on marketing activities.Help set eCommerce roadmap with Digital Product team to ensure any technical capabilities or user features are launched, optimized and will enable marketing efforts to achieve their acquisition, engagement and retention goals.Partner with Content and Digital Product to create launch and evergreen campaigns based on eCommerce calendar.Contribute to recommendations for enhancements to e-commerce-related systems and workflow to improve processes and efficiencies and set protocol and best practices.Digital MarketingDevelop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention across both offline and online channels. You will need to create, present, persuade and execute win-win multi-channel solutions to help drive growth while minimizing channel conflict.Leverage your strong digital marketing expertise to manage a growing team of digital marketers who will manage the day-to-day operations and execution. Your guidance will be to link their areas to a bigger picture.Specific areas of focus will be Paid Digital Media and SEO/Search (for now).Direct performance marketing strategy. Constantly seek and use data to analyze performance, optimize plans, drive decisions, and measure impact to the business.With your team, ensure agencies/vendors are maximizing potential of our partnerships.Collaborate with Content team to ensure they are creating the right stories for all of the various audience segments divided by multiple ways: by target consumer profiles, by customer purchase behavior, by customer journey/discovery stages.Collaborate with Community team to drive customer engagement, retention and satisfaction.Create optimal end-to-end paid media experiences - in some cases the experience will be an offline online hybrid, and in others it will be exclusively online.Apply your digital marketing expertise and proven performance to provide examples, set standards, and create rules of engagement for multiple global markets to follow in order for them to build on the solid foundation you helped set.QualificationsMust have 10-12 years in digital marketing experience especially for an eCommerce business or app.Must have at least 5 years of management experience, with proven leadership to mentor and grow a smart and high-performing team.Creative and collaborative team player and leader who can work with multiple cross-functional stakeholder groups, influence decisions, work under pressure with tight deadlines.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a high attention to detail.Strategic thinker who can think big, while knowing the small steps needed to realize their vision.Comfort and enthusiasm to roll up their sleeves to get a job done, while also the maturity, confidence and ease to present to executive/senior leadership or mentor/direct a team member when needed.BA/BS degree from a top-tier collegiate institution.
