Branch Manager to guide customers on their financial journey. We’re

Branch Manager, team members look to you for direction, motivation,
and knowledge. Salary Pay: $35,500 - $42,000 with Bonus Opportunity
What You’ll Do Facilitate excellent customer service, leading team
members by example toward customer care. Thoughtfully manage team
members – directing, mentoring, and delegating their daily tasks.
Address customer needs holistically, from pairing them with the
right loan to assisting with taxes. Thoughtfully sell new &
existing World products to help customers meet their financial
needs. Support, collaborate with, and lean on the strengths and
talents of your branch team. Maintain strong customer relationships
and build community within your branch. Foster relationships in the
community that organically drive loan & tax business to the branch.

license & reliable transportation to independently transport bank

Physical Demands and Working Conditions: • Frequently stationary
with regular movement throughout the office; occasional climbing,
kneeling, bending, twisting, and reaching. • Occasionally lifts up
to 5 lbs. and may exert up to 30 lbs. of force (e.g., opening file
drawers). • Requires regular use of vision, hearing, fine motor
skills, and verbal/written communication. • Fast-paced, high-demand
environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines; requires
professionalism, multitasking, adaptability, and collaboration. •
Occasional local travel; may include extended hours, evenings, or
weekends. • Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace,
typical noise, lighting, and temperature. • Frequent customer and
coworker interaction; must communicate clearly and professionally
