Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1 years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time, onsite School Psychologist position is available supporting K-12 campuses in West Houston, TX. This role requires a licensed Texas School Psychologist (LSSP/PSYCH) to provide comprehensive psychological services within a school environment, including conducting evaluations, behavior support, and consultation with school staff and families. The contract runs through June 4, 2026, with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to assess student needs and eligibility for services Deliver behavioral support plans and intervention strategies addressing student challenges Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop individualized education programs (IEPs) Provide consultation and training to school personnel on mental health and behavioral topics Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district policies and state regulations Qualifications and Experience: Valid and active Texas LSSP or PSYCH license (submission of license verification required) Previous school-based experience required, preferably with K-12 student populations Familiarity with supporting students presenting with autism spectrum disorders and behavioral challenges Ability to work onsite full-time, with reliable transportation for the West Houston area No part-time or VOCO candidates accepted Benefits and Work Environment: Opportunity to impact student well-being and academic success in diverse school settings Full-time role with consistent hours (37.5 hrs/week) for work-life balance Collaborative team environment within a public school district Interview process conducted via Microsoft Teams for convenience This opportunity is ideal for a dedicated, experienced school psychologist looking to contribute to student success in a dynamic K-12 setting.
