POSITION TITLE: Project Coordinator - Safety Services COMPENSATION: Competitive Salary DOE Bonus BENEFITS: Standard package LOCATION: Houston, Texas SUMMARY: Supports specific designated projects by organizing schedules, resources, and communication to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include managing project documentation, tracking progress, reviewing and at times preparing reports, and serving as a liaison between the project team, clients, and leadership. DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparing, organizing, and maintaining all project documentation, including plans, reports, contracts, and meeting minutes. Coordinating project schedules, setting milestones, organizing meetings, and ensuring all deadlines are met. Serving as the primary point of contact, facilitating communication between project managers, team members, clients, and third-party vendors. Tracking project progress, resources, and expenses, then preparing detailed status reports for management and stakeholders. Assisting with budget monitoring, tracking project costs and expenditures, and processing invoices or purchase orders. Identifying and documenting potential risks or issues, escalating them to the project manager when necessary, and assisting with mitigation strategies. Helping to allocate resources (staff, equipment, materials) to ensure the team has what is needed to complete tasks efficiently EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 3-5 years of experience of project coordination, preferably in safety services Technical aptitude to speak with inspectors and clients The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with different parties The capacity to identify and resolve issues as they arise A meticulous approach to documentation and data tracking Familiarity with project and industry terms and equipment The ability to adapt to changes in project scope, timelines, and priorities PLEASE NOTE : We try to respond to everyone who applies for our jobs, but in periods of high activity it may not be possible.
