seeking an experienced, hands-on Pump Service Technician to help
establish and grow our Houston operation. This is a key leadership
role for someone who thrives in the field and the shop, takes pride
in doing the job right, and is ready to grow into a management
position over time. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of
centrifugal pump systems, a strong mechanical skill set, and the
ability to oversee jobs from start to finish, including quoting,
budgeting, and leading a growing team of technicians. Why join us?

401k Plan Job Details Key Responsibilities: Hands-on experience
working with centrifugal pump units from major manufacturers such
as Taco, Bell & Gossett (B&G), and Armstrong Capable of
installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electric motors
ranging from 1/4 HP to 100 HP Maintain high safety, quality, and
customer service standards Communicate effectively with clients,
vendors, and internal teams Qualifications: Hands-on experience
with centrifugal pump service, repair, and troubleshooting Strong
mechanical and machining knowledge; able to read technical drawings
and use precision measuring tools Plumbing and Electrical
Troubleshooting Proven ability to quote jobs, estimate
materials/labor, and manage job budgets Prior leadership experience
or readiness to grow into a supervisory role Comfortable working in
both field and shop environments Self-motivated, reliable, and
committed to quality work Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus What
