Job Description:
A company is looking for a Denials & AR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee department accounts, inventory, and workflows, including
managing supervisors and associates
Ensure staffing levels meet inventory needs and revenue targets are
achieved
Conduct audits, manage high dollar account closures, and
participate in client meetings
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5-7 years of Revenue Cycle experience
Minimum 3 years of Leadership experience
Minimum 2-3 years of Denial Prevention experience
Expert knowledge in Billing, Follow Up, and/or Denials Appeals
processes
Strong organizational and computer skills, including proficiency in
Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
