Job Description:
GQR Healthcare is seeking a LPN / LVN Correctional for a travel
job in Beaumont, Texas. Discipline: LPN / LVN ~ Shift: 12 hours,
days ~ Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse
(LVN) • Corrections • Day Shift Join our team as an LVN in a
correctional facility in Conroe, Texas, providing vital healthcare
in a dynamic environment. Provide nursing care and administer
medications. • Monitor and report patient health changes. •
Maintain accurate records and collaborate with healthcare
professionals. • Float to units within a 10•30 minute radius as
needed. Valid LVN license in Texas or a compact state. • 2 years of
nursing experience, including 1 year in Acute Care or Med Surg. •
BLS and IV Therapy Certification. • Experience in LTAC, ER, Skilled
Nursing, or Psych is a plus. Day shifts: 5:45 AM • 6:15 PM, 36
hours/week. • Weekend work and unit floating required. COVID•19
vaccination required; Ideal for a resilient nurse eager to impact
correctional healthcare. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and
36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend
