We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Surgeon to join our
medical team in Port Arthur, TX. This position offers a competitive
salary starting at $580,000, with opportunities for professional

of the Port Arthur community. Key Responsibilities: Surgical Care:
Perform a wide range of general surgical procedures, including
elective and emergency surgeries. Patient Management: Evaluate,
diagnose, and treat patients with surgical conditions. Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans. Pre- and Post-Operative
Care: Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care
to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Collaboration: Work closely
with a multidisciplinary team, including anesthesiologists, nurses,
and other healthcare professionals, to deliver coordinated patient
care. Consultations: Offer expert consultation for complex surgical
cases and collaborate with other specialists as needed.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of
patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes in the electronic
medical record (EMR). Quality Improvement: Participate in quality
improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices and safety
