Job Description We are assisting an innovative health care
organization in the recruitment of providers for new clinic sites.
They are currently looking for a Geriatric Physician. The new
physician should be interested in working in a forward-thinking,
team-oriented, collaborative environment. Practice Opportunity -
The Health system currently has 39 sites - Care teams include
physicians and health coaches who treat a medically complex patient
population - New physicians can expect to see 12-15 patients per
day, Monday-Friday, utilizing an internally designed EMR - The
capitated system offers a generous base salary, robust benefits
package including occurrence malpractice and equity position -
Value-based care so you have time to get to know your patients
