Job Description Job Summary and Responsibilities Responsibilities: - Except to deliver care to 4-6 patients per shift - Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation - Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging Job Requirements Qualifications: - Associate’s Degree In Nursing - One Year Of Experience In Medical Surgical Unit - Active Texas RN license in good standing with the Texas State Board of Nursing - Basic Life Support (BLS AHA) - Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements. missioncritical LI-CHI Where You'll Work $20,000 SIGN ON BONUS for FULL TIME positions for RN candidates with over 1 year of experience. This is paid out in one lump sum in the paycheck after you’ve been employed by us for 30 days (contingent on meeting the requirements.) Located just off Highway 59 south, the 66-bed hospital in Livingston provides more than 60,000 patient services each year, with half of those services being offered in the Level 4 Trauma-Designated Emergency Department. Services offered include, Orthopedic care, Women’s Services, and a state-of-the-art Sleep Center. Imaging services include MRI, CT scan, nuclear medicine scans, 4D Ultrasound, cardiac echocardiograms, fluoroscopy, bone density scanning and 3D mammography.
