MEDICAL DIRECTOR OF ANESTHESIA OPPORTUNITY COMMUNITY Population of 100,000 does not include local university and military base. 90 minutes away from 2 major airports plus a reasonable cost of living awaits. OVERVIEW Fast growing, regional private practice- single specialty group seeks an experienced senior Anesthesiologist to participate in organizational, administrative processes, strategy & operational meetings. Hospital is fully staffed with all subspecialties. ROLE • 1:9 call pre-call and post-call days are always off • In-house CRNA covering OB 24 hours/day • 10 weeks of guaranteed time off • Case Mix: Ortho, General Surgery, GI, OB/GYN, Urology, ENT, CV, Neuro & occasional others • CV case low, CV experience preferred • Rotate between main hospital & 2 outpatient centers • Team 9 Anesthesiologists 25 CRNAs COVERAGE EACH DAY • Main hospital: 3 MDs and 8 CRNAs • Outpatient centers: 1 MD and 4 CRNAs PACKAGE • $720,000 W2 with full benefits • Full W2 employment with comprehensive benefits • Medical, dental & vision starts 1st of 2nd month • 401K match of up to 4% with immediate vesting • Paid short term & long term disability • CME & Professional Dues • Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage
