Hospital Facility in Galveston, TX. Dean's Professional Services

Nurse (LVN) Job Details: Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00pm -
5:00pm Location: Galveston, TX Temporary to hire Starting Pay Rate:
$28.00/ hour (based on experience) Benefits: ACA Healthcare

Responsibilities: Report directly to the Program Manager, Youth and
Family Services, with oversight from the Chief Nursing Officer
(CNO). Coordinate and manage medication clinics, including
medication administration and documentation. Provide support to
prescribing providers during patient visits and follow-up. Deliver
patient and family education, including medication-related
rehabilitative services that promote recovery. Monitor, document,
and report patient progress, behavior, and response to treatment.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care
plans. Support crisis intervention efforts and ensure a safe
therapeutic environment. Maintain accurate and timely medical
records and nursing documentation in compliance with state and
facility guidelines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
including physicians, therapists, social workers, and case managers
to ensure coordinated care. Promote a respectful, compassionate,
and supportive atmosphere for youth and families. Education
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, required. Active
Texas LVN license required. Job Requirements: Minimum of 6 months
of nursing experience required Strong interpersonal, communication,
and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively within a
team and adapt to changing patient needs. Commitment to
patient-centered care and maintaining professional standards.
