as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) in the Texas area, where
you will play a crucial role in delivering individualized
occupational therapy services to pediatric patients in the comfort
of their homes. At Circle of Care, we don't just provide therapy;

families, ensuring comprehensive and compassionate care.
Responsibilities: Participate in the development and periodic
revision of the plan of care Schedules, plans activities and
provides rehabilitative services for Physical therapy Maintains
adequate records on all patients, including summary reports. Follow
agency documentation timelines as published in Employee Handbook.
Utilizes community resources and Agency personnel for proper
referral Selects and administers diagnostic and therapeutic
techniques and materials. Submit diagnostic assessments within
agency timelines as published in Employee handbook. Instructs and
counsels other health team personnel and family members in methods
of assisting patient in improving, correcting, and accepting
his/her disabilities Supervise the PTA as follows: Follow
guidelines for supervision as outlined by the Executive Council for
Physical Therapy and Physical Therapy Examiners Complete
Supervisory Visits with patients treated by an assistant at least
once every 60 days. Attends monthly case conferences meetings and
additional meetings as requested Participates in staff development
activities and in-service education as requested Confirms schedule
at least one week prior to the upcoming visits and adjust schedule
as changes occur. Communicate and correspond with office staff in a
timely manner. Notifies Agency of absences due to illness,
emergency leave, normal vacation periods, or special professional
meetings, which will all affect agreed services with the Agency.
Participates with staff, patient, and physician in discharge
planning activities and completes the Physical therapy discharge
summary within the designated framework of the Agency policies.
Requirements: Qualifications: Graduate of a physical therapy
program accredited and approved by the Executive Council of
Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners (ECPTOTE).
Current Texas license to practice as a Physical Therapist in good
standing. Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience preferred
(new graduates are encouraged to apply). Circle of Care provides
