health organization as we expand our services into hospice. Interim
Healthcare , celebrated for our commitment to excellence and a work

Houston metro area. As we begin our hospice expansion, we are
looking for a compassionate Chaplain to support our patients and
their families during challenging times. Employment Type : This
position will grow as our hospice service line grows. Initially
this role is envisioned as PRN, or part-time, with the potential to
transition to full-time in the near future. Key Responsibilities:
Provide spiritual support and counseling to patients and their
families. Conduct spiritual assessments of patients and implement
appropriate care plans. Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team
to ensure holistic care. Facilitate religious or spiritual rituals
as requested by patients. Offer crisis intervention and bereavement
support. Participate in the development and delivery of patient
care plans. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local
regulations regarding spiritual care. Participate in biweekly
interdisciplinary team meetings. Required Qualifications:
Endorsement by a recognized religious/spiritual body. Experience in
hospice or healthcare chaplaincy. Excellent interpersonal,
counseling, and communication skills. Understanding of and
sensitivity to a diverse patient population and their varied belief
systems. Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary
