Job Description:

supporting dietary and nutritional services across our network. The
ideal candidate will provide expert nutritional consultations and
diet planning, working closely with other healthcare professionals
to ensure optimal patient health outcomes. This position offers the
flexibility to work across various facilities within the health
system, adapting expertise to diverse patient needs. Assess patient
health needs and diet restrictions to develop personalized
nutrition plans. Stay current with the latest nutritional science
research and integrate findings into patient care effectively.
Educate patients and families on healthy diet practices based on
individual health needs. Collaborate with healthcare teams to
coordinate dietary interventions. Document and maintain accurate
patient records regarding dietary plans and progress. Participate
in professional development opportunities to improve skills and
stay abreast of nutrition trends. Strong understanding of
nutritional science and dietary management. Ability to create
tailored meal plans based on complex medical and dietary needs.
Excellent communication and educational skills. Proficient in
nutritional management software and patient documentation systems.
Medical Insurance Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) Licensed
Dietitian (LD) in the state of Texas
