Document and maintain accurate patient records regarding dietary plans and progress. Participate in professional development opportunities to improve skills and stay abreast of nutrition trends. Strong understanding of nutritional science and dietary management. Ability to create tailored meal plans based on complex medical and dietary needs. Excellent communication and educational skills. Proficient in nutritional management software and patient documentation systems. Medical Insurance Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) Licensed Dietitian (LD) in the state of Texas
