Job Description Hospital employed Anesthesiologist Opportunity at Premier Hospital in Lake Charles Area Position Overview: Type: Hospital-Employed Anesthesiologist Location: Dual facilities (350-bed main hospital and 54-bed Women and Children’s satellite hospital) Cases: Diverse range including OB/GYN, General, Orthopedics, Urologic, Pediatrics, Neurosurgery, Cardiothoracic, Vascular, and Trauma (Level III) Operating Rooms: 16 in Main Hospital, 6 in Women’s Hospital, plus a 5-room endoscopy suite Team Composition: Joining an established team of 5 Physicians and 20 CRNAs Schedule and Call: Schedule and Call: 3 week rotating schedule -Week 1: 5 days (10hr days) -Week 2: 7 days of call -Week 3: No work – off week 8-weeks vacation (not including post call week off) Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary: ~$600K Bonuses: Signing Bonus: $75K with 3-year commitment Annual Performance Bonus: Up to $25K for meeting 90th percentile ASA Unit metrics Benefits: Relocation stipend: $10K Paid Malpractice and Disability Insurance Flexible Vacation, Holiday, and Paid Medical Leave Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Professional Membership Dues Reimbursement Additional Information: Be part of a well-respected hospital system, known for its high standards of patient care and diverse surgical case variety.
