Access to Tele-stroke Program in collaboration Hospital Employed Direct access to over 50 employed primary care providers and a strong community provider alignment to serve as a referral base Inpatient/Outpatient setting Physical rehabilitation on-site focuses on physical, occupational, and speech therapy services for individuals suffering from a variety of physical and neurological conditions or injuries.
