Key Responsibilities: - Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring as per recipes and standards - Assist in setting up stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment - Support the kitchen team during service hours by ensuring timely preparation of ingredients - Maintain organization and cleanliness of prep areas and storage spaces - Assist with inventory management and stock rotation Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in a food preparation or kitchen environment preferred - Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team - Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Join our dynamic team where we value quality, teamwork, and continuous learning.
