a growing Plaintiff personal injury law firm looking for a
Litigation Attorney to assist our litigation department. The
position will involve preparing cases for trial, drafting motions,
filing petitions, managing a litigation docket with support staff
and other litigation duties. If you are looking for a professional

Responsibilities: Prepare litigation cases for trial File Petitions
Negotiate settlements Perform legal analysis Draft motions and
responses to opposing counsel's motions Minimum Qualifications:
Juris Doctor degree Texas State Bar licensed Must be able to travel
up to 20% Preferred Qualifications: Strong Research/Writing skills
Knowledge of personal injury law and legal terminology What We
