We’re searching for a Blow Molding Process and PLC Specialist who thrives on dialing in processes, documenting results, and collaborating with operations to deliver consistent quality. Why this role matters Run and troubleshoot blow mold machines from cold start through stable, high-quality production. Retrieve and refine PLC programming to meet exact container specifications. Lead daily setups and bottle size changeovers across assigned equipment. Execute quality checks; record machine profile adjustments and maintain production/quality logs. Partner with production personnel to coordinate efficient operations and throughput. Stay current by reviewing logs, special procedures, and posted updates. Uphold housekeeping standards and follow every safety program. What you’ll need to succeed High School Diploma or GED. 2 years of hands-on experience with blow molding operations; Uniloy background is a plus. Fundamental mechanical skills and comfort using basic hand tools. Ability to read, follow, and execute detailed instructions. Strong written and verbal communication. Safety-first mindset; flexibility to work overtime based on business demand. Comfort working near strong fumes and high-noise equipment. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
