This is a full-time *Termite Sales Inspector* position located on the road in the area around *Houston, TX*. Termite Sales Inspectors are expected to make sales by converting leads into customers. This position will report to our office in *Houston, TX*. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment, and excels working at an individual level.* *$18/hr + Commission** *Company iPhone provided** *Save money from driving our vehicle**What we offer:** Ability to make overtime* Company vehicle provided which can be taken home nightly* Company gas card provided* Ability to work outside in your local area* Paid training* Group Health, Dental, and Vision plans* Pet insurance, Life insurance, and EAP benefits* 401K with employer match up to 4%* Paid holidays and paid time off* Opportunity for advancement* Upbeat and exciting company culture and much more!*Responsibilities include:** Meet daily with warm leads to sell termite solutions* Engage with customers in a friendly and respectful manner* Answer questions and provide clear, concise information* Schedule and confirm appointments promptly and professionally* Follow company guidelines for personal grooming and hygiene* Conduct thorough inspections of both interior and exterior areas of the property* Identify locations conducive to termites and preventative measures we would take to protect the home from future infestations* Identify signs of termite activity, including mud tubes, damaged wood, and termite droppings* Distinguish between active and inactive termite infestations by analyzing signs of recent activity* Document and report the status of colonies accurately* Articulate expectations for curative treatments* Provide a detailed explanation of inspection results to customers* Demonstrate how the treatment will effectively address the specific issues found during the inspection* Develop a clear and detailed diagram of the property highlighting where the termite treatment system will be placed* Ensure the diagram is easy to understand and accurately represents the planned installation* Use the diagram to explain the installation process and benefits to the customer* Work schedule includes every other Saturday*Qualifications:** 1+ years of sales experience* A US driver's license that has been valid for a minimum of 3 years is required* A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years)* A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires* Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams* Prior experience in termite inspection preferred but not required*Aptive Environmental:*Aptive Environmental provides pest control services to 34 states in the US.
