Job Description Job Description Position: Senior Graphic Designer Location: Houston, Upper Kirby (On-Site/Hybrid) Status: Direct Hire Start Date: Interviewing Immediately Our exclusive agency client has retained us to find a talented Senior Graphic Designer for their dynamic team. This Houston-area full-service branding and marketing firm has a rich 30 year history of serving clients of all sizes, with an emphasis on mid-sized businesses. They offer ample growth opportunities, a strong collaborative environment and an “in it to win it” mindset. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, proactive and invested in client success. They are seeking a highly skilled graphic designer who can bring fresh ideas and execute high caliber work. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be charged with creating a variety of print and digital deliverables for mid-sized clients across multiple industries. If you have true passion for doing great work, can work independently and as a team player, this is the agency for you. Hybrid (Monday and Friday) remote work option after 90 days with approval. Responsibilities: · Design a variety of client marketing materials including, but not limited to: branding campaigns, brochures, sales collateral, websites, print and digital ads, email marketing, event and tradeshow collateral, and more · Able to work efficiently · Consistently manage own timelines and projects, while working on multiple client accounts simultaneously. · Able to follow brand standards and create consistent designs, while executing quality work with clients’ needs in mind Experience, Education & Preferred Skills: · 5 years of significant experience as a professional designer, either in-house or agency · Experience creating a variety of print, digital and web assets · Strong portfolio showcasing design skills · Creative problem-solving ability · Experience communicating with clients, especially in meetings · Strong desire to be challenged · Can work comfortably both independently and with a team · Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator · Agency experience a plus The expected pay range for this salary is $65,000-75,000k with the ability to potentially flex beyond for the right candidate. Salary is based on a wide range of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
