We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical business professional to join our team. This position requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business management systems (CRM, ERP), market dynamics, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support our growth strategy.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:







Key Responsibilities



Lead and maintain integration efforts of CRM (SalesForce) and ERP (Microsoft D365) systems
Provide user support for CRM (SalesForce) related inquiries, reports and dashboards
Provide CRM (SalesForce) user training and onboarding
Provide user support for ERP (Microsoft D365) related inquiries and improvements
Provide market studies to support strategic initiatives and sales campaigns
Identify opportunities to improve business process through sales excellence best practices
Analyze internal and external data to identify potential business opportunities and generate sales leads
Identify opportunities for automation and advanced analytics,
Develop tools to improve sales reporting, forecasting, and commercial planning
Train users in improved tools and processes and ensure proper utilization
Promote synergies and collaboration efforts between internal and external stakeholders
Actively involved with standardization and continuous improvement of business processes
Performs other duties as assigned.

COMPETENCIES & BEHAVIOR REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree in business, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in business analytics, business systems or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (i.e. Power BI, Microsoft Office).
Familiarity with statistical analysis and quantitative modeling techniques.
Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and commercial technologies.
