Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Member Service Agent
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to educate members about healthcare benefits
and cost-saving opportunities for imaging services
Proactively schedule appointments for imaging services and ensure
members utilize their benefits
Provide accurate communication to answer member questions, resolve
concerns, and document interactions using call center software
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of customer service experience
At least 4 years of work-from-home call center experience
Proficient with computer skills, including Microsoft Office
applications
Bilingual - Spanish speaking is a plus
