Job Description:
Louisiana Bridge Builders (“LBB”) is design ing and building the
new I-10 Calcasieu River Bridge in Lake Charles, Louisiana (USA)
for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development
(LADOTD). LBB will also be responsible for the reconstruction of
interstate highway, various structures, ramps, and ap proaches for
a 5.5 mile stretch between I-210 West End and Ryan Street.

The Quality Contract Compliance Coordinator is committed to
supporting Louisiana Bridge Builders by managing, tracking, and
reporting compliance with contractual, regulatory, and project
management requirements to prevent noncompliance events (NCE). This
position does not perform construction inspections or technical
quality control activities. LOCATION This position is based in Lake
Charles, LA. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in the
preparation of the Project Quality Management System documents.
Maintain, organize, and verify project compliance documentation and
quality records to ensure alignment with contractual obligations
and internal procedures. Develop and maintain compliance
verification for the different project management plans.
Participate in and coordinate verification actions for
noncompliance events associated to the Contract and management
plans. Compile comprehensive reports detailing quality performance,
highlighting trends, and suggesting corrective actions and lessons
learned. Collaborate in the digitalization of quality records.
Conduct training activities on the quality management system for
the project team. Participate in audits carried out on the Project
Quality Management System. Perform all other duties and
responsibilities as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, & SKILLS FOR
SUCCESS Effectively communicate in a positive and professional
manner through written and verbal communications in all interfaces
with customers/public, fellow employees, vendors, etc. Ability to
use appropriate computer programs (including, but not limited to,
Microsoft Office Suite) which includes having proficient computer
skills and the ability to adapt and learn as programs and processes
change. Ability to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail with
strong organizational capabilities. Ability to work as a team
member and exert initiative to work independently to reach a goal.
Ability to embrace change in the workplace while encouraging others
to seek innovative approaches. Ability to function effectively as a
team player and collaborator. Ability to work a flexible work
schedule, additional and/or different hours, including but not
limited to nights, weekends, and/or holidays, as needed, to best
serve the business operations. Ability to interpret contractual
language and translate requirements into tracking and reporting
tools. QUALIFICATIONS At a minimum, the Quality Contract Compliance
Coordinator must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field of
study along with 3 years of related quality experience as it
relates to contract compliance, document control, project
administration, or quality management systems and a strong
understanding of contract requirements and management plans. In
lieu of a bachelor’s degree or certification, the Quality Contract
Compliance Coordinator may qualify through equivalent combinations
of education, certification, and experience such as a high school
diploma, or equivalent, along with a minimum of 7 years of related
quality experience as it relates to contract compliance, document
control, project administration, or quality management systems and
a strong understanding of contract requirements and management
plans. ISO 9001 IRCA Certification, proficiency with document
management systems and reporting tools, and experience in the
implementation of the ISO 9001 standard on Quality Management
System and working with Design-Build projects and/or the
construction industry is preferred. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Select one the
