As a trusted care provider in the Greater West Houston area, we are expanding our team and are looking for dedicated caregivers or CNAs to join us. We are urgently hiring for a caregiver or CNA to assist clients in Missouri City, TX (77459 & 77489) . This role involves providing one-on-one care. Location: Greater West Houston (Current Need: Missouri City, TX – 77459 & 77489 ) Shifts Available: Day Shifts (typically between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM , exact schedule based on client needs) Responsibilities: Follow a care plan outlined by a supervisor to provide daily living assistance, including medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care. Monitor and track client health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the supervisor. Provide companionship and emotional support in a one-on-one care setting. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided. Follow all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure the best care. Requirements: Prior caregiving experience preferred (senior care setting is a plus). Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is ideal but not required. Ability to pass a background check and reference check. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
